EPSON PRINTER OFFLINE IN WINDOWS


Printer Offline is one of the most common issues encountered in the Epson printer on a Windows PC.

This may happen due to a poor connection between the PC and the Epson printer or due to the driver not upto date, or the driver is not updated. Regardless, follow our simple steps to troubleshoot and fix the Epson printer offline issue.


Troubleshoot printer offline in windows


1. Press and hold down Windows and R keys simultaneously on the keyboard to launch the Run dialogue box.

2. Type Control in that and press enter.

3. Click on Devices and Printers in Control Panel.

4. Right click on Epson printer and click on Troubleshoot.

5. This will troubleshoot the printer spooler and printer connectivity.

6. Once the troubleshooting process is completed, restart your PC.

7. This might fix your Epson printer offline issue.

8. After all these steps if you still face the same problem then follow the next level.



Disable Use Printer Offline in windows


1. Launch Run by pressing and holding down Windows and R.

2. Type Control Panel in that and press Enter.

3. Click on Devices and Printers in Control Panel.

4. In the new window, right-click on Epson printer and click on See what is printing.

5. Click on Printer from the toolbar and make sure Use Printer Offline option does not have a tick mark next to it. If it has a selection, click on that to disable it.

6. Click on Printer option again and set the option to configure it as the default printer.

7. If the status of the printer still says offline than follow the next step.


Uninstall And Reinstall Epson Printer Driver


1. Launch Run by pressing and holding down Windows and R.

2. Type APPWIZ.CPL and press enter.

3. Now you will see the list the software, search for Epson printer driver and uninstall it.

4. Now Reinstall the Epson Printer Driver.

5. Launch Run by pressing and holding down Windows and R

6. Key in msc in Run and press Enter.

7. Right-click on the Printers button from Device Manager window, right-click on the Epson printer and click on Uninstall from the popup menu.

8. Then, open Devices and Printers by navigating to it the same way as mentioned and click on Add a Printer.

9. In the next dialogue box, click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.

10. Depending on the Epson printer type, add the driver software in Windows.
